Didn't see a thread for this yet...
Wonder should some of the Kop bring along a pair of football boots? I saw Klopp ask King Kenny just that!

Play the kids and fringe players

Save Mo, Nunez and anyone else coming back from injury for Saturdays league trip to Nottingham.

As nice as a FA Cup win is, the league must take priority and we shouldn't risk our key playes

This schedule is painful. Hopefully we will get some positive news as regards to injuries. If we don’t putting a team together could prove difficult !! Would like to see us get through this round and worry and not worry about the future.

The u9 team is ready for this one!

Seriously though, we can't really play most of the players that played in the final, maybe a few that were introduced late in the game. We'll probably go with something like this:

          Kelleher

? ? ? ?  Gomez Quansah Tsimikas

   Clark   McConnel    ? ? ? ?

    Doak     Gakpo     Danns

Dont be surprised if Jay Spearing gets a shirt tonight to boost the average age to over 28...big guns will be on bench and only used if necessary...still need to win every cup is a cup to win

As expected - it's mainly the kids in the XI and on the bench....

Liverpool: Kelleher, Gomez, Van Dijk, Gakpo, Elliott, Tsimikas, Clark, McConnell, Koumas, Quansah, Bradley.

Subs: Adrian, Konate, Diaz, Mac Allister, Scanlon, Gordon, Nallo, Danns, Nyoni.

Actually a better team than what I thought we would start. Surprised that Virgil, Elliot and Bradley are starting. Robbo not on the bench though, hopefully just being rested.

Lewis Koumas makes his senior debut tonight at 18 years old. Koumas is the son of former Wales international footballer, Jason Koumas (he's 44!)
Good luck Reds, in Klopp we trust.

Ridiculous that Gakpo is our most annonymous player with so many kids on the field.
