Bournemouth's Lloyd Kelly has a chance of returning but Tyler Adams, Ryan Fredericks, Adam Smith and Milos Kerkez are still out.
Marcos Senesi is suspended, while Dango Ouattara and Antoine Semenyo are away on international duty.
Liverpool's Mohamed Salah is at the Africa Cup of Nations and suffered an injury in Egypt's opening game.
Trent Alexander-Arnold, Andy Robertson, Dominik Szoboszlai and Kostas Tsimikas remain on the sidelines.
Wataru Endo is at the Asia Cup with Japan.

Conor Bradley makes his Premier League debut in Liverpool's clash with AFC Bournemouth.
The 20-year-old continues in defence for the Reds, who make two changes from the victory over Fulham last time out.
Alisson Becker returns in goal, while Darwin Nunez rejoins the attack at Vitality Stadium.

0-0 half time. We didn't really have lots of chances but they should have been a man down. We've had a couple of our lads sent off for less.
