Goalie got him with the elbow on his right foot but he did try to pull out of the challenge hence only the yellow.

Salah 4-2, game should be done now surely.

If I was Klopp I'd be asking Jota wtf he was doing with that goal. It's the softest of penalties and a complete feck up on his part.

Anyone remember Newcastle being touted as title contenders in the summer?

They are now 9th and just 1 point ahead of Chelsea and Wolves

What do we do with Nunez? He literally can't score at this point. Everything either hits the post, the bar, or the keeper. He's either the unluckiest striker of all time or Heskey in disguise.

It's like Neville says Nunez gets into the goal scoring positions that Gakpo and Jota can't get into..  but those 2 finish when the opportunity comes around, and Nunez misses every golden chance.

OMG we just don’t do easy !! I’m feeling for our Darwin. He definitely needs some love. He scores and is marginally offside. Great assist fo Mo was good to see which is something he has been doing regularly. Currently his conversion rate for excellent goal scoring opportunities is 21%. For context last season Kane’s conversion rate was 64%. Goodness only knows what Haaland’s was !! Personally I think there is too much going on in his head. Great result and we played some excellent football. Surprised the Manc tw.at of a ref gave us two soft penalties and didn’t give them one !!

Got the 3 points, could've made the job easier but we are Liverpool end of the day. Salah assist was sublime, agree about Nunez, lad just can't finish.
