Got what we deserved today. Arsenal will be licking their lips after watching that turgid performance.

Diaz and Nunez are stinking the place out, too.

I honestly don't have a clue what's going on with this bunch. So many SHYTE, pure SHYTE performances out there today. Manure had NOTHING to offer today and our lot couldn't work their keeper.
34 attempts. 12 corners. nearly 70% possession. and NOTHING to show for it.
the opportunity there to put the final in the ETH coffin and we were useless.
i'm seething over that inept muck today

34 shots at goal and didn't look like scoring.. that sums up this game. I don't think Szoboszlai was having a great game, but he's a match winner. Taking him off at the 65th min isn't ideal in a game that's there for the taking. Love Darwin to bits, but he's had plenty of games to make a impression and that's now 10 games without a goal. I think Gakpo needs to be given the same chance now.

If we are honest with ourselves we haven’t exactly been turning it on the last few games and we cannot keep expecting a last minute goal. I am sure we will get our form back just hope we don’t drop too far behind before we do.

We have flattered to deceive in the last few games and we were lacklustre all over the pitch.

Our front three are simply not gelling. Diaz is a liability at the moment and Szoboslai's level has fallen off a cliff in the last month. Nunez just doesn't like he is ever going to kick on.

If Mo leaves in the summer  (I hope not !) we are going to have to pull out all the stops to get a top quality replacement. Maybe that Georgian Messi from Napoli-Khvicha Kvaratskhelia

I am now of the opinion that Diaz is not at the required level - too predictable and next to no threat going forward. He cut back on to his right and got dispossessed so often is was untrue. One trick pony. If we can get a decent price for him in the summer I'd let him go.

We need to get TAA into midfield on a permanent basis from now. He is the only player who looks capable of creating or scoring from there at the moment.

Starting XI when all are fit right now should be IMO:

                   Ali

Gomez Konate   VVD  Robbo

              TAA
  Elliot              Gravenberch

      Mo    Nunez        Jota

Such a poor performance from us today. Shyte if I'm being honest but we have been riding our luck of late and covering up for some inept performances from a few of our players.

Diaz was awful and has been for a while now. Struggled to go past anyone today and lost the ball way to much. Nunez is looking like a poor buy at this stage. Salah not great either but can't fall to him to be the one who bales us out all the time. Gakpo looks so soft and is another who is struggling. We need better from the supposed goalscorers within the team.

Disappointing result tbh given how bad they are and sick they got a point here.

Arsenals title to lose...Kneejerk reaction here...

Just had a slight feeling something like this will happen.

You win the title by being relentless, not by stuttering.

Still seething....
Reading Klopp's comments after the game, which planet is he on ?
To be honest, if he doesn't tear strips off Diaz, Nunez, Mo, Szobo, Trent, Gravenberch, Gakpo, Jones and maybe though not as much Endo, after that schoolboy shyte, against a side who were waiting to be slaughtered, then his manager skills are severely lacking.
It was never going to be a 7-0 today. In front of 57K fans though, the performance was shambolic. Especially after watching Arsenal earlier, far more clever and incisive. Even West Ham, ffs.
I don't see our replacements ready to displace the starting 11 right now. And certainly not after that muck during the week.

We've started moving the ball really slow and abit afraid to give away possession. This takes away the excitement of trying to feed through balls in tight areas, or to go and attack players 1v1. When Szoboszlai first came into the team he was so direct with his play, he'd commit players, and he would drive with the ball looking for openings. Now he seems to get the ball and just look for the safest option. We've become Safe FC!! The risk of losing has become a priority over going out and winning.
