Man, our defensive disarray won't be fixed by Endo or any DM by the looks of it. It looks like anyone can score at anytime against us, either through a simple ball forward or our own doing. Looks like the problem is deeper than just lacking a DM.

On a positive note, we're in the lead, Diaz scored a fantastic goal and Sozbo has had a great first half and looks like a top signing.

Trent was far too casual for their first goal.. he really needs to wise up this season, especially now he's vice captain.

We've had some positive things going forward, but that defence needs some protection. I'd bring Endo on for Jota at HT and move Gakpo up.

Harsh on Mac there.  Need to get Jota off now and Endo on.

It's a joke this. Every week we get screwed by VAR and the officials. He clearly went for a 50/50.

We must appeal that red, never a sending off, yellow all day long. It seems after the controversy last week with home sides getting away with things they want to go completely the opposite this week.

Only listened to it on the radio but after a tricky start it sounds like we settled down and ended up putting in a good performance. Shame about Alexis getting sent off, could have done with him for Newcastle

Happy with the points from a bit of a mixed performance. Awful start from us and the warning signs were there early before they scored but we rallied well and got ourselves back in to it.  Never looked like losing it even when we went down to 10.

Defensively the problems are still there but all in all we l8mited them to a few chances which Ali stood up to. Slightly better today I thought.

Mid is just an odd combo. Szob motm as he was everywhere and did a lot of good stuff with the ball. Thought he took a bit of a dive for the pen though. Mac was very unfortunate to get a red for that. They keep twisting camera angles and find one that looks bad before slowing it right down. Never a straight red imo. Gakpo is a total square peg there as well but they did play OK just can't see them growing into what we need. I'd be expecting Endo to start that now Mac has a rest.

All 3 on the scoresheet which is a plus. Good goal from Diaz and nice poach by Jota. Mo did well to respond to the rebound off the pen but he should be putting them away. Still not seeing it with Nunez though.

Anyway we did what we had to and now move on but need to improve for Newcastle.

Nunez was only on for the last 5 mins, harsh to judge him with that amount of playing time.

Happy with the 3 points and some positive signs, however Bournemouth are a poor opponent and they still managed to cause us problems in defence which is a problem that I'm not certain Endo will solve.

Szobozlai MOTM for me, looks like a top signing. Never a red for Mac Allister and I'm sure we'll appeal and he wont miss any games.
