I think city's defense is vulnerable. Ruben Dias is a huge miss for them and I fancy our forwards to cause all sorts of problems today.

I'm going for 1-3 to the mighty reds!

The game is being won by City's press, much more effective than ours (which is usually awesome), giving them possession over and over again. We're not at our best but a lot of that is due to City's quality. I've never seen Fabinho struggle so much, we needed him to be a giant today and he hasn't been. Could have been much worse score-wise - we're still in this. Klopp will be tempted to change it at half-time - ? do we change formation - something we hardly ever do or make a sub or wait until 60 mins?

Fabinho looks surprisingly nervous.. they've obviously targeted him when he's in possession as he's been dwelling on it. It's not sticking to Mane upfront and it's coming straight back everytime.. his control is his weakness and its blatantly obvious against the top top teams.. I think Diaz needs to come on to add something different.

I think Ali was to blame for the second with that casual chipped ball out. We need to keep switched on because every slack pass they capalise on.

Klopp has to make changes. We're lucky not to be 3 or 4 down!

We've been a nervous wreck ffs. I thought that psycgologicaly we were in a better position but it's been completely the other way, we couldn't string 2 minutes without making a mistake.

We're still in this obviously but they look more likely to score another than we are. Hopefully we can at least draw this must-win game and then hope for the best.

We seriously need to get a grip defensively, they are getting in behind us far too easily, we are just standing still and letting them run off us.
Why are we passing it around at the back when it's causing us all sorts of trouble as well?
City keep on winning it in our final third.
Architects of our own downfall atm.
