I think Klopp will continue with the approach of leaving the starting 11 for the next PL game out of the squad.

Team for West Ham on Wednesday: Alisson, Trent, Robertson, Gomez, van Dijk, Henderson, Ox, Wijnaldum, Salah, Minamino, Firmino
Injured: Clyne, Milner, Shaqiri, Mane, Keita (possibility that he’ll be in the squad but can't see him starting)

So for Shrewsbury it should be something like this:

                       Adrian

Williams     Matip     Lovren     Larouci

                      Fabinho
          Lallana              Chirivella

Elliott                                     Jones
                        Origi

I wasn’t too fussed about the Cup this year but after our performance against Everton in the last round and given our big lead in the league I’m starting to warm to the idea of a decent run in the Cup.
It would be a great trophy for Jurgen to have on his CV, particularly with him being a football romantic, the FA Cup was the genesis of the game, league’s were invented to give clubs something to do while they waited for the FA Cup to come around again.

Jurgen would LOVE to walk out in front of the team at Wembley.... all of us remember Shanks, Whispering Bob, Kenny etc.. walking them out like the runners and riders at the Gold Cup... there's no way Klopp would want to miss out on that 3 minute pinnacle of a managers career. Every great manager in history has done it, Clough, Revie.... even Howard Kendall!

The suggested team above should be more than Capable of seeing off Shrewsbury. COYR!

Absolutely crazy to dismiss any competition this year. I was more than a tad p1ssed off that we had to dismiss the league cup due to fixture congestion. Momentum is vital in any sport. Team spirit is also key. We now have the strength in depth to challenge on all fronts. Let’s use these components and get another trophy. In the eighties we went for everything. No reason not to now. This is our time !!

If we win our final 2 league games before the winter break and have a fully fit squad (minus Clyne) by the time we restart, I think Klopp will start using a few regulars in FA Cup. The CL is the cup we really care about but such is our position in the league we're in a position to have a go at both cups.

Huge save by Adrian. Should have maybe been dangerous play on Fabinho before that though.

Being a bit sloppy, need to concentrate more. We've given them a few chances to score and we've been lucky not to concede.
