Yes, Fab was a big loss for us, we ended up with the creative 3, though I thought Milner was the best of them until he ran out of steam

Not creative enough is right mate, we are desperate for someone who can spot a pass. We are doing well results wise but it all just seems like hard work atm.

Alot of tired legs at the moment.. You get worried about injuries to key players in games like these, hopefully with Fabinho it was just a knock. Tonight proved that TAA is miles ahead of Gomez in that right back position.. He moves the ball so much quicker and is way more accurate.

I think Mo was playing causiously with his ankle, he might aswell have played Origi.

Damn, not really a game we should have drawn. Didn't need the extra hustle in Austria against Slazburg, but it is what it is.

Napoli played a good tactical bus parking, it was very difficult to break down. Fabinho coming off didn't help matters either. Also, and I don't say this very often, I think Allison should have done better for the goal. It was a good shot, but the angle was very tight and I think Ali was just too close to the near post.

But, like I said, it is what it is and nothing is lost. We need just a draw aganist Salzburg to go through but we'll need to win if we want to finish top of the group table.

Yeah mate, lots of side to side passing and hopeful balls into the box but not much in terms of inspiration. We rely heavily on our front 3 for creativity and they are not quite firing on all cylinders atm. Hopefully reinforcements are on their way but I'm not holding my breath, January is not always the easiest month to bring players in.

Having Henderson and Milner as the two 8s makes us too blunt and today it was compounded by leaving Trent on the bench. I can understand why Ox was left on the bench today as he's played quite a few games recently. But today would have been a day to use Lallana instead of Henderson. We need to avoid using Milner and Henderson as the two midfielders either side of the DM, especially in home games where teams are more likely to sit back.

Losing Fab early was a huge loss. I have said for years that Hendo, Milly and Gini are far too defensive and lack any sort of creation. Napoli in fairness knew what they needed to do and did it very well. Salzburg will be interesting. We just don’t do easy !!

I am bad and display a handicapped side .
Really only have one useless ball away and cannot keep ball.

Fabinho will be a massive loss for us! Everyone can see that the team is good!

Klopp
Good luck lad for Saturday game.

We rely so much on our full backs. When Robbo or TAA dont play we look one dimensional a lot of the time as it forces everything through the middle.

We will have to step it up to win the group. Hopefully the Fabinho injury isn't too bad.

Is that a definite mate or are they still waiting for scan results ? Massive loss at the wrong time. He was due to miss Brighton on Saturday through a one match suspension in any event.
