Yup, they're in a bit of a shambles at the moment. Still, I don't think it'll be an easy match, but if we win this we'll be guaranteed to finish top of the group with one match still left to play. This one will be easier than the final away match against Salzburg IMO, and if we beat Napoli we'll basically have one match less to play in a very bussy period, so this game is a must win for me.

So, play our strongest team, get the win, then play the u12s in Austria.

yeah we can't take anything for granted, especially given we are eking out results atm and not really brushing teams aside. Play our best XI and get qualification done and dusted so we can forget about the CL until next Feb.

I think we were the better team last time despite the score, this time at home, I think we will win comfortably.

The CL in its current format has been in operation for many  years. Why therefore are several of the final group games potentially meaninglessness. If we beat Napoli and I think we will then we can field the weakest possible team that the rules will allow. How can this be acceptable to fans that have made long term plans to attend all of the group games? , This competition is supposedly one of the major club competitions in the world and yet time and time again many of the final group games simply become a dead rubber. A child of seven could  accurately predict the final 16 teams going through to the knock out stages immediately after the draw to determine the groups. This competition needs a massive rethink. The current suggestions are as usual simply about the money !!

Having looked at the teams (usual suspects in the main) that will more than likely make up the final 16 I think we once again will have a great chance to win the competition. Nobody will want to play us over two legs and Istanbul has happy memories to say the very least.

Cant believe they didn't see that as a foul on VVD, the Napoli player wasn't even looking at the ball only at VVD and deliberately went into him as he jumped.

No foul is laughable. Not looking at the ball just VVD, and puts a clear elbow into his groin. He knew exactly what he was doing, put VVD out of the game and scored from it. We’ve been fortunate with those calls in the league, but to me that’s a clear as day foul.

This ref is a c^nt, also you can see the difference on the right without TAA, Gomez has an aversion to crosses and keeps getting caught ball watching

I can't see how that wasn't a foul. Mane is the only one running at this Napoli team.

That's what Italian sides do, get a goal and then sit back and defend
