If you look at what Mane did in the first minute, he did flick the ball with the intention of hitting Sissoko's arm as there was no one behind Sissoko where he flicked the ball towards. I'm 100% sure of that

Feels strange and exciting at the same time. Can't believe we have finally won a major trophy after a while. Maybe after soo many disappointments we were used to not getting success in recent years.

Someone posted this somewhere on the net...

Best move we made

Coutinho for Alisson and VVD.

That reminds me, Is that stupid World Club Championship thing still going where the winners of the CL have to play against the champions of Asia, South America etc? I haven't heard it mentioned in a while so I'm hoping they've abandoned the stupid thing.
Jetting off to some far flung place around Christmas time to compete in some Mickey Mouse trophy is the last thing we need, it's hard enough trying to compete with City as it is.

It's being revamped but another season of the current format to go so we'll be taking part when it takes place in December I presume. I actually don't mind it and was gutted when we lost in 2005. With the charity shield and super cup too we'll end up with a few extra games to navigate.

A Fantastic achievement , we are all proud of the whole club, management, and players, and a well-deserved present after a hard impressive season.

As for the game itself, was very dull and not a typical Liverpool performance, however, what matters in the final is the outcome and winning the cup.

TGood Luck for Next Season. Well done lads
