Sh*t what a team and that was with some really sloppy stuff. Made up for Bobby. Thrashing Newcastle 4-0 is one thing thrashing Arsenal 5-1 is something else. Alison’s pass to Bobby was top drawer. Great game. Well done Reds.

Stuff of champions. Next up Man City. And if we win that then we can start rotating the squad more and expanding our scope to the FA Cup and European Cup

Virgil " It is a great time to be a Liverpool player and a fan"

Fek yeah it is...

Things are looking really good however looooong way to go yet.

I'm expecting Jurgen to rotate quite a lot for the FA cup tie.

5-1 against a top class outfit at an absolute canter. Resorted to tricks and flicks like a circus act to put a gloss on it, Arsenal crawling on one knee shot to ribbons.

Agent Ings tomorrow hopefully.

The most incredible thing is the 4+ goal difference we have on city. I honestly thought their GD was gonna be a extra point come the end of the season and now we've eclipsed it before the new year. This is a special team we have right now.. I'm trying to not get excited just yet, last time I got excited was the Gerrard slip year and the end of that season hurt alot.

Beat City Thursday then we might dare to dream.

Always nervous before a big game and feared the worst when we went a goal down but what an instant response  :buttrock after that we were untouchable and disposed of them with ease.

What a way to end the year  :buttrock Been one of the best in recent memories football wise!! Get in there  :buttrock

You have to admire the mental strength of this side, we have had teams over the last 25 years who would have crumbled under the pressure there today, particularly after Arsenal scored.
I thought Shaquiri had a terrific game, not only was he composed with the ball at his feet but he worked his @rse off as well.
