Plenty of work to be done if we want to seal 3 points. It has been a scruffy 1st half we didn't get going until Salah scored. Newcastle have kept it tight and we lacked urgency but hoping that goal from Salah will change things.

Been poor. Lucky to be ahead to be honest, bar a worldie save by Karius.

Need to step it up. Robertson and Can have been particularly poor. Henderson also seems to slow down our play...

Average first half, Newcastle hard to break down and didn't think that goal was coming, great save Karius also.

Still a lot of work to do second half. I predicted 2-0. Will require a bit of magic from magic Mo or Bobby to unlock the door.

Poor? We are playing a very defensive and organized unit which closes the gaps very quickly and presses when we have possesion..We did create a few good chances which one resulted in a goal..2nd half should open up nicely for us.

How many saves has the Newcastle keeper made? We've not been at it the first half and a defensive calamity for Newcastle has gifted us the lead
