I saw it happen on a few occasions in the West Brom game.. but Matip hasn't got the pace to cover for these types of errors and it cost us.

Thing is you put a £75m price tag on a defenders head and it adds alot of pressure and expectations. I think VVD thinks he has to win every ball and rushes into challenges and tries to intercept balls he's never going to get.

I'm saying this but Lovren did the same thing I'm accusing VVD of doing in the spurs game at Wembley where he got done twice by Kane.

We just need to keep it tight and not rush our decision making because Spurs lack pace in forward areas.

I certainly don't think Matip is slow. Once he get's going with his long stride, he does eat up the ground pretty quickly.

I would never ever place Lovern before Matip totally different level..Dejan has nothing to offer at this level..A good Dejan game is a game which he hasn't imploded..that's not even close enough for a top CB..Matip is another play maker for us..and for a team without a play maker at all its just silly.

Karius, Alexander-Arnold, Van Dijk, Lovren, Robertson, Milner, Henderson, Can, Mane, Salah, Firmino.

Subs: Mignolet, Wijnaldum, Moreno, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Ings, Solanke, Matip.

Ox ,Gini were in the MF against City... Why the Fck would we mix everything again? Because we beat the mighty Huddersfield with Hendo and Milner ?? Lovern will be hysterical against Kane considering his previous heroics..Klopped again

Milner, Can and Hendo in midfield, and Alexander-Arnold at right back.

Suddenly, the task ahead got a lot harder.

We'll be lucky to escape with a draw.

Look's like we are setting up to outwork/outpress them in midfield, get the ball to Mane,Salah and Firmino. Can maybe understand that if we were away but at home, rather we take the initiative. If it works, no one will be complaining

I'll be astonished if Spurs don't score in this game given our line up.

We can’t get a f*cking foul called for us to save our lives right now.

Mane has been garbage. Keeps giving the ball away. He ain't a team player.  Take him off, bring the OX on.

Mane continues to be a shade of himself...And Hendo is being spanked by Dembele other then we are pretty ok.

Good start but plenty of work left in the 2nd half. Common red men.

I don't think 1-0 is enough to win the game, I'm expecting more goals. We need to keep pressing.
