Thats a good shout maybe he would be more suitable in a 3 man mid.

Really think he could do a similar job for us as Alli does for spurs. Just dont think playing up top is his natural game. He does a job for the team playing there  but we'd see the best of him in a slightly deeper role.

If couts is out as well as Mane then we are doomed in this game, as the rest haven't got a clue how to stick the ball in the net. I've watched every game in detail this season, and it's like a repeat, again and again.  Unless he starts with Sturridge instead of Firminho.
This will be a tough test, and we need to be firing to win.

I have a real doubt about this game! especially the nutcase has not lost the plot totally, he ought to select his best CB Klavan instead of Lovren! which will resolve his long chronic defense problem, which it is long delinquent for a cure.
The team need a total overhaul, and the manager should go

To be missing both Phil and Sadio would be a kick in the nuts. How unlucky have we been again this season? Phil misses a lot of the early games because of the Barca thing, then just as he comes back Sadio gets banned for 3 games because of the high foot against City, then no sooner is he back from the ban he gets injured playing for Senegal!
We have real trouble getting our best XI out on the pitch.

Didn't think he would drop the both of them but he should have dropped Lovren  :nod  After that performance last week it sends out completely the wrong message. Is he also afraid to start Chamberlain ? he can say what he wants in the players defnce but behind it all it looks like he didn't want him.

Not sure what to expect in this game tbh. We need 3 points so with the home advantage it has to be a win. 2.0 to us and Sturridge with both.

Really makes you question if Ox and also Robertson were his signings.... what must they do to start a game ?

Agree on Lovren too, should be nowhere near the first team

Milner Hendo wjnaldum in midfield?... Doesn't inspire confidence does it. Why not start with Ox instead of Milner for a change.

Perhaps it just highlights how sh!te the squad is...
Lovren must be doing something right in training to get the nod ahead of the rest of this shower.

I knew this season was gonna be deflating because of the lack of hope we had during the transfer window.
Season tickets holders should be receiving 50% off vouchers to spend in the shop each week.

OH WELL...
Here; WE GO AGAIN!

It's more or less the same line up every week, why sign Ox Robertson and Solanke if they never start a match? The manager has no imagination whatsoever.

Poor start to The game.. moving the balls sideways with Hendo leading the backward plays..
