So we host palace for our first home game of the season. These lot beat us last year 2-1 with Benteke revenge and who could forget the Sakho celebrations.

They lost 3-0 against new boys Hundersfield at home so will be looking to bounce back.

We should win but knowing us we may make hard work of it.
I'm still struggling to see us conceding less goals this season.

Good time to rotate one or two? Bring some fresh legs in to compete and save one or two for the 2nd leg of the CL qualifier? Maybe something like this.

                   Mignolet

Milner     Matip     Lovren     Moreno

                      Can
             Grujic     Wijnaldum

               Salah     Mane
                    Solanke

I think we need to try and do something to shake up the midfield, it was fv[cking] awful against Watford and Hoffenheim. I don't care who comes in just as long as it's not the dreaded Hendo-Wijnaldum-Can combo. You can play two of them in the same team but not all three.

yes and forget about it mate...Klopp is too stubborn and he will stick to the same lineup and players...I would like to see Robertson and Gruijc introduced but chances are slim to zero.

Henderson doesn't look fit to me, so perhaps he will get a rest for this one. Would love to see Robertson get a game too as he looked promising in pre-season.

I'm strangly confident for this one. Palace were awful against Huddersfield and the loss of Zaha is a big one. I'm going for 3-0, followed by them panicking and bidding for Sakho at half time  :D

I wish

The defence is a concern isn't it....  Hopefully we have too much going forward for them today

Can't allow it to be 4 seasons in a row that would be ridiculous

Is this a pre-season friendly? Sure looks like it with that line up.
Obviously Jurgen has got one eye on that multi million pound winner takes all contest in mid week but f[vck] me after that draw last week at Watford we could have done without any drama's this week. Just got to hope this team can do the business I suppose.

Looks like it's going to be a high scoring game with that back 4. Feel a bit sorry for Robertson and Gomez, if we concede a few it will dent their confidence - you'd like to see new/young players integrated one at a time into a settled defence but this is a chance to shine so let's see what happens.

I'll say 3-2 to us but I wouldn't put my money on it

No idea why we keep the 3 stooges MF today with Milner...especially against inferior teams its pathetic..I see gruijc isn't on the bench..god knows why

Robertson looks like LFC regular already. So composed on the ball and great crossing ability. Looks a bargain for £8 million

Same squad, same Sh*t. Robertson has looked very comfortable, the one new signing playing and it's clear he's upgraded the squad. No new signings between now and September and we're up the creek
