I missed last 15 mins of game something came up. Watched replays, goal seems legit.
Was listening to radio and have to admit its more tense than watching it live. Commentators really do over exaggerate chances and when a team is attacking. Martin tyler was desperate for Mancs to equalise.
Listening on radio is friggin nerve racking.

John Barnes - I think the vast majority of supporters like Gino. The observation was that he needs to be more clinical.

Disappointing to drop 2 points, but all things considered - no Matip, Cylne, Mane, Coutinho- I think it was a good point against an inform Manure side.

We're 7 points off the top and, with Chelsea still to come to Anfield at the end of the month, I think we're in a decent position. The only thing we need now is for one of two of the teams around us to drop away. City got destroyed today, so they might well be the first to do so.

Today's result wasn't too bad. Seems disappointing because we were so close to a win. Had a feeling we may have an issue once Fellani came on because don't think Klavan is the strongest in the air. If Matip was out there, would have been much more comfortable with the direct stuff

Yup but I think Carra made a good point on sky. It is very difficult to play the ball out and pass your way through us due to our pressing and closing down. That's why JK's record against the other top sides is good because they tend to be footballing sides who look to pass their way through but that is very difficult against us.

Anyway, I think the next 6 league games will give a better indication of whether the title is realistic or top 4. We play chelsea, spurs and arsenal all at Anfield in the next 6. Chelsea are in pole position and think we will need decent haul of point from those 3 games. We can obviously beat all three but wouldn't be surprised to see all three of those teams setting up to look for the draw

I feel if we lose against Chelsea any chances of title are over.
7 points is a big margin and by end of Jan it could be 10 of knocked back to 4.

You gotta give credit to Mourinho. He saw our weakness, changed the tactics and got the equilizer. They were gonna use the same tactics to go for the win. In one of the free kicks we conceded, I saw Fellaini gesturing to Ibra that he was gonna knock ot down for him in the penalty area...

Hey lads, whilst disappointing we couldn't hang on, considering we were 3 key players down, away from home at Ure, I'm happy with a point. They dropped two, we gained one. When I first saw the team I feared we'd walk away with nowt.

Yes a bit of a let off but only re-enforces for the 43rd time we have to bring in more quality!! Klopp you need to buy!
