WBA going to push in this last 5 mins or so, should be able to catch them on the counter

how many goals should Fermino have scored tonight? how many shots from Can that goes to Row Z?

Not convinced about all those Lucas subs...Weakening our attack and not really beefing our defence..

FT 2-1...3 point in the bag but very sloppy 2nd half, and we missed half a dozen of gilt edge chances. And because of that we are NOT going to the top tonight  :veryangry

Very good win ;Pity over all those missed chances and the keeper isn't really earning his starter shirt but overall job done in a pretty easy way.

Well, that was close, from a game that should have been a smashing. Good job by the lads to see it out and get the 3 points though, that's the only thing that matters after all.

All things considered, good game and good 3 points for us.

Great first half, but we took our foot off the gas way too much in the second half. That let WBA back into it, when in reality we should have burred them long, long ago.

Karius needs to improve his compsure and Can needs to think before he hits one into row Z too. But minor groans apart, a good result.

Job done. We had our chances and on another day could have put the game to bed in the first half. Main thing is the three points. Great finishes by both Mane and Coutinho.

The positive is Karius looks to come out and claim the ball whereas I always feel Mignolet is reluctant to do that. The negative is Karius isnt judging then properly at the moment and ends up in no mans land. Hasnt cost us yet but is a concern because his come out a couple of times no and got nowhere the ball

Would have preferred 2-0. Thought that we could go on and score 3-0 and 4-0. But in the end we concede a goal again and the final score is 2-1. So I guess a win is the more important thing.

But how do we stop all these goals from leaking? I did'n't think the goal was down to Karius for this one. One of our CB's should've claimed it.

The lad needs time. The season at least to improve. He's no worse than Migs, but he'll need to show signs of of improvement over the coming weeks and months to prove he's good enough.
