1-1 Full Time

Fair result but poor finishing and refereeing

Fair result in the end. I'm just glad we pretty much kicked them out of the title race. The title is now Leicester's to lose.

Before the match I actually would have taken a draw... but I felt on the balance of play and chances we had the slight edge, for better finishing and a competent referee we may well have taken the win

I think we had more chances.. but we were lucky not to lose it in the last couple of minutes...

Dembele was like a rock for them , Henderson just isnt good enough, he looks like hes gonna fall flat on his face when he runs with the ball

All in all - good performance from the redmen

Can someone actually tell me what Henderson is good at? He runs a lot, plays the odd non-dangerous pass, but excels at nothing. A lot like Lallana and Milner

Thought our midfield never really got to grips with Dembeles power and strength. Hendo and Can are not exactly weaklings but Dembele really is a powerful lad and at times was brushing past our lads quite easily

story of our season in a single game....take the lead, sit back and watch the midfield evaporate. Milner should also be stripped from corner taking duty...he's gash

Didn't think we set back...Spurs pretty much controlled the MF the whole game...We should have scored when we had the chances.

The last 5-10 games seems like deja vu. Same story game after game.
Mignolet doing some good saves, but lets in one freebie once in a while.
The backline is never in sync. Someone at least, normally 2 is having a stinker.
The midfield shows some promise and energy just to fizzle out and do nothing the longer the game goes on. Our "captain" one of the biggest culprits every game.
Coutinho falls out of the game only to once or twice produce some brilliance during the game
The strike force being just poor, Sturridge being lazy and looking disinterested game in and game out. Origi lacking quality, but works hard. Benteke just poor.

Sturridge doesn't look the same player. Still lethal when he in on goal (should have put that chance away in the first half saying that) but just lacking that sharpness.  Just hope it's a case of getting that back as fitness gets better but i think the injuries have taken their toll on his bodies and not entirely sure he will totally come back the same player
