About fkg time we had some luck. Great pen from Big Ben !! He was caught so it was a pen.......

Well taken goal from Firmino as well. Perhaps we can castigate Palace.s goalie for a change

Just loved to see Pardew giving his coat maximum abuse !!

He did catch his plant foot. Try to find me a player who wouldn't have gone down. May be a bit harsh and I would've been ***** if it were the other way around, but sometimes you get them and sometimes you don't.

Lovren was my MOTM. Thought he was excellent throughout, and very happy to have them back. I thought Can was a little off with the offensive side of his game, but was excellent defensively. I thought Benteke did really well considering everything. Hasn't been playing, 3rd choice striker, thrown on right at the end and I thought he was one of the reasons we had such a strong finish. I actually didn't think Coutinho was doing much after coming in we just picked it up as a whole.

Palace is one team I have no qualm about seeing them relegated. Pardew is a tool  :oh:

Was that sufficient proof to confirm that we are better without Milly on the pitch

What a game ! Fantastic performance from Emre Can. Probably the best individual performance from a player in a Liverpool jersey this season.

Never a penalty....but when it comes to these c**ts I don't care. The abuse they've given us over the title loss a few years back has been unrelenting and its nice to stick one at them.

It was a clear penalty having viewed the video replay numerous times, the defender's knee took Benteke down, Carra and Henry both agreed

What a second half performance!
To be one down (and down to 10 men) against a team that had been bullying us for a hour and to somehow come away with the win is incredible.
Lovren and Sakho were absolutely superb, they flew into every challenge like their lives depended on it, I thought Can and Origi ran themselves into the ground as well. Moreno deserves a mention too, he battled away like a little terrier and nearly scored a John-Arne Riise special at the end there.
Credit to Benteke and Firmino as well, that took some balls to take that pen and Christian put it away superbly.
They were a credit to the shirt today, we didn't initially play that well but the important thing was that they didn't let their heads drop.

I love all the headlines and people quoting Benteke saying "I think he touched me." Listen to Benteke actually say it and you'll say there's a language barrier. He's clearly trying to say I think it was a penalty because there was contact made.

Another thing that I think is becoming more and more certain- Hendo is becoming a problem.

Bloody missed that due to mother's day lunch - got back in the house to see Benteke step up to take the pen.

We'll take any sort of win against these. Great to see Pardew lose it, can't stand him. To come back from 1-0 and with 10 men maybe suggests Klopp is starting to get into these guy's heads finally. I hope.
