Palace are one of our biggest bogey team's of the past few seasons and we owe them big time!! The way Pardew disrespected JK at Anfield whilst on the sidelines still grates me now.
Crystal Palace are 11 games without a win in Premier League and have no wins since 19 December last year..... But this statistic means nothing at all, their home crowd is possibly one of the best in the league for getting behind the team, but then again our travelling fans are just as vibrant.
We need to take the momentum of the City win into this match, we need a win here to set ourselves for the scum on thursday
We pretty much have full strength to pick from and I would expect to see Sturridge and Coutinho both make the starting line up, I hope Lallana is not dropped at Phil's expense though
Let's goto Palace, get the 3 points in the bag and then think about the scum
3 points please lads

We do owe these lot big time. I have a feeling we'll batter them. Their form since Christmas has been awful and they look like being dragged into a relegation scrap after being touted as contenders to qualify for Europe early season.
Wouldn't be surprised if we kept the same team that spanked City. Hard to justify dropping any of them.

I agree with CR, I wouldn't read too much into their recent poor form, Bolaisse seems to turn into Maradona every time he see's a shirt with a Liverbird on it so you can pretty much guarantee he'll be a handful on Sunday. Lets not forget either that Newcastle were the laughing stock of the league when they turned us over back in December so the form guide has a tendancy to go out of the window whenever we're involved. Jurgen does have some big decisions to make though, that display against City on Wednesday was probably our best home performance in over 12 months and as JC says it would be extremely harsh to drop anyone. 3 points is 3 points though and with the likes of City and Arsenal hitting the buffers the top 4 might not quite be the slam dunk everyone previously thought (especially when there's 33 points up for grabs and we have a decent run in). I think the big fella has got to play his best side and for me that includes Coutinho and Sturridge, just don't ask me who I'd drop though because I don't know!

Not a fan of the fella but Pardew's no mug. He'll have Palace fully wound up for this game. Expect them to have a real go at us believing they can win it.
Think we may actually face a sterner test than the one we had against City.
If we can stay solid and composed I'm optimistic we can come away with the points but despite Palaces poor form I think it's gonna be a test.
2-1 to the Reds

Unbelievable to think that we are only 6 points off the top 4, especially given how erratic our form has been this season. 6 points isn't an awful lot either when there's still 33 points up for grabs.

I know its crazy to say the least. Even though i still dont feel will get close to 4th we should not give up. Players should give it their all. String 3-5 wins in a row could change any top 8 clubs fortunes.

Mignolet
Flannagan Lovren Toure Clyne
Can Hendo
Lallana Firmino
Coutinho
Sturridge
Id like to see that line up.

id love to see us go with that team but I think Jurgen will want the insurance policy of the extra man in MF in Milner, I think he's scarred by those away defeats to Watford, Newcastle, West Ham etc where we were outrun and outfought.

Looks like three changes from City: Moreno - Clyne, Sakho - Kolo and Coutinho - Origi
