Poor defending from Skittles and Gomez. But we've had 80% of possession since then and hit the post. If we keep up the pressure the goals will come

Skrtel could have done better but it was a difficult header to hit because he was running towards goal. Gomez on the other hand should have definitely done better. The goal came early at least, gives us more time to regroup. I think we have it in us to turn it around.

Must re group now and stay composed. Being 1-0 down this quick esp leaking out first goal will rock the players a little. Common lads.

Would like to see Inges introduced really no sense playing 3 dm in this kind of game...

Gomez just doesn't look like a good defender to me. He looks ok in spurts, but he makes too many mistakes. He looks like he could be a decent winger tho. So much more comfortable with the ball at his feet.
