This is why I dont understand why people are getting underwhelemed by signing Ings.

If at the start of the season we had a choice of Ings or Balotelli evryone would have picked Balotelli If you had the option now would people still pick Mario ??

I read a good article about Ings. Wish I could remember where. It talked of his attitude and how he's not brave enough to take penalties. Apparently the worst was when Burnley had a pen in the last minutes to equalise and Ings refused to step up. I'd guess he's BRs kinda boy, but interest from Mancs, Chavs and Cockneys is only to try and trick us into taking him.

I share in your scepticism regarding Ings, but on the bright side can he really be any worse than Borini, Balotelli and Lambert ? I think he may well prove us all wrong.. well at least i hope so

Ings has scored 10 of Burnelys 27 in the league this year and assisted 4 that means he has either scorewd or assisted over half their goals

He scores most of his goals in the box i noticed as well, an old fashioned fox in the box, might be just what we need
