Yeah, we should bring him in second half.

Playing Gerrard is like being down to 10 men, mind you there's a few others who aren't exactly covering themselves in glory as well.
The midfield just isn't good enough, Allen and Hendo are honest grafters but every time we try to knock the ball around it ends up at the feet of our keeper, everything is sideways and backwards with those 2.
Someone who is having a decent game though is Lovren, I'm not his biggest fan but he is at least competing with Benteke (Skrtel is struggling) and he saved our @rses when they had that 2 on 1 break.

We're not set up right. Our 3-5-3 was awful so we've changed to a 4-4-2 with Gerrard behind Sterling but those two are hardly involved at all. We've no control in centre midfield. I think we need to change it again, possibly putting Gerrard back with Hendo, getting a striker on with Sterling and Coutinho supporting with Gerrad, Hendo and Allen behind. Can may be injured so need Johnson on, will give us more width also.

Brendan needs to get this right or we are out of this. We look lost out there.

I know semi finals are nerve wracking and you expect some early jitters but really we are so average ,no mental strength of a CL side ,it's very hard taking down opponent when you reek of fear.

It's definitely failed so far, at least Brendan has recognised that and changed it up. We seem to have a bit more balance so far. Villa still more fluent though.

Too easy, they have so much space.

this is poor, 2-1 down to villa with 5 central defnders missing
