:suspect: Ricky Lambert could be John Bishops brother. But have a thought for poor Mata not only has he got the indignity of playing for that s.white he could be Rooney,s brother

Should that have been a second pen? I honestly couldn't tell if there was enough contact for a foul or not.

Coutinho learning to play some proper defense and staying on his feet really well. Good to see because that's a huge part of his game he needs to improve.

Yeah the replays weren't really conclusive, hard to tell if that was a pen or not. The first one was a stonewaller though, how the f##k the United players had the gall to surround the ref like they'd been robbed is beyond me.

I really hate it when players grab the ball with their hands when they think they've been fouled. Both of those duels should have probably been given as fouls to us but it's really not the player's decision to make, wish we'd stop doing that.

Anyways, I think we're playing well, controlling the game and all despite them probably having more possession. I really feel for Lambert though, he has a lot of good attributes but he's just too slow for us. Sterling though, what a player!

Yea I was especially surprised when Gerrard grabbed it. never a fan of that. Considering the ref had given evans, young and rooney fowls just before that for much less, it was pretty surprising.

Decent goal by united. Poor marking by us again. Skrtel too far, but where is Kelly back there? I felt we've played so well defensively lately too.

Defence is awful, two goals from nothing.

Poor defending and then a lucky deflection. I've gotta say I don't see Kelly with a future here. His development seems to have gone stagnant since his injury and he just doesn't seem to be keeping up with Flanno.

Still sickening to only allow two shots and have them both end up in the back of the net.

Can't see a striker now... false no. 9 then? Should be interesting to see.

Both their goals came from nothing more than half chances mate but unfortunately that's all teams need to score against us. Some of the goals we've conceded in pre season have been farcical.

If the ref would've let that goal stand, I think few people would be angry. It'd have been so hilarious nobody could help but laugh.  Shocking stuff, and I really think they were saved by the replay there.
