Stoke just have the bigger desire to Win today. We are a bunch of passengers so far...Hope BR hoses them on half time. Disgraceful.

Seriously Coutinho needs to bloody learn how to score. That miss was just as bad as Allen's against Everton. Perhaps Sturridge on for Lucas in the second half.

no way, the midfielder who is off pace and not contributing is Gerrard. Very rusty is an understatement.

Need to organize ourselves and keep the ball better. Very unlike Liverpool today. Coutinho needs to learn to be more composed in front of goal or be dropped for Sturridge - he has missed 1-2 clear chances in every recent game. Worried now.

Is Kelly on the bench. Johnson looked completely disinterested when Stoke scored their second goal. Unfortunately Glen is also playing really badly when he goes forward. Cissoko is poor but at least we got a goal through his awful shooting. The ball shouldn't have gone anywhere near Shawcross.

Don't know what to think honestly. I just know that Sturridge has to enter the game now.

We are not working hard enough without the ball, against spurs we were hunting in packs and putting them under real pressure but today it's stoke doing it to us.
Allen is no souness but he does bring a lot of energy and mobility to the table, something our midfield plainly lacks here.
This performance reminds me of some our early season efforts where we were over run in midfield but dug out of a hole by either Suarez or Sturridge, hopefully the same happens here or we could find ourselves top at Christmas and out of it before the end of January.
Come on Liverpool!!!
