rodgers could do with a win here, i think after last weeks dissappointing results against west brom and zenit one or two fans are starting to become utterly exasperated with our inconsistency.
the ground emptying out way before the final whistle on monday night is an illustration of that.
everyone knows how big a fan i am of kenny but i was dissappointed in the way he let our league campaign peter out last season, okay he had one eye on the cup final but even so, anything could have happened above us in the table but we werent in a position to capitalise on any collapses because we`d already thrown the towel in after the arsenal game.
hopefully rodgers doesnt make the same mistake, if we go on a good run between now and the end of the season we may not win anything or achieve anything but at least we`ll end the season on a high note.

Rodgers mentioned freshening things up. Hope he doesnt take Henderson out especially not for Allen.

Sturridge comes back which is absolutely fantastic and I hope he starts Coutinho the lad needs minutes.

Also would like to see Skrtel return to the back 4 instead of Carragher as I would prefer him out there for Zenit on thursday.
