No doubt the goal will be a talking point. I'm not watching with English commentary, so can someone who does tell me what are the English commentators saying about our goal?

that we were well within our rights to play on and game should only be stopped for a head injury

My swedish commentators are saying that it will be a talking point but it was obvious that the ref didn't see it as an important injury and got proved right when Dzeko jumped up. Great goal.

The ref was right no doubt, but I thought the talking point would be about what we should have done; were we supposed to kick it out or was it fair to play on.

No you only kick it out if its a head or serious injury, if it had been the other way round, City would have done the same as us.

It's simple... the ref didn't signal a foul... play on... why the heck should we stop the play for dzeko's play acting...

I think we're playing relatively well... need to stop the short passing at the back non-sense...

I'm not so sure it was even a foul.  Agger tries to go around Dzeko, and Dzeko clearly just tries to block off Agger and block his path, which is a foul as he clearly wasn't going towards the ball.  Dzeko then stayed on the ground and it was very obvious he wasn't injured, he just wanted to complain about the call.  As soon as the ball went in, he jumped up and ran at the sideline where he should have had his second booking after the very blatant handball in the box trying to pull the ball down.

we are well back in this and what a great strike from sturridge.
dzeko can do one if he thinks he was hard done by there, he was hardly touched and just sat there and it led to his team losing a goal. his fault, not the ref's and certainly not ours.
if we can get the midfield pushing just a little higher on attacks we can win this

Great all round performance. Sturridge extremely dangerous looking every time he gets the ball. Hope he is ok for 2nd half

I agree that City would have done the same and that it serves them right since Dzeko was acting, but I thought the English media would make another saga out of it.

Anyway, like I said, they're there for the taking and we should just keep pushing. They only had one chance at goal FFS. They suck, and I would be disappointed if we don't win this.
