I like that team except swap Downing for Suso and put Adorjan in CAM. Who I think has been quality recently. Downing has been Sh*t.

The vast majority of teams in the Premier League heavily rotate for this completion and I’m guessing WBA will too.
For us this competition really is 4th priority behind the Premier League, Europa League and FA Cup. Considering the approach we took to the game against Young Boys and the fact we have quite few injuries I don’t expect us to take too many risks with first team players. We have a number of players unavailable: Doni, Agger, Kelly, Flanagan, Lucas, Shelvey, Cole and Borini. Enrique has been struggling with a knee injury since the start of the season and went for a scan on Monday so might also be out.
I’d go for something like this.
Jones
Wisdom Carragher Coates Robinson
Hendo Allen
Sahin
Suso Assaidi
Yesil
Subs: Morgan, Pacheco, Downing, Coady, McLaughlin, Wilson, Gulacsi

Not surprised. Given our squad issues, any opportunity to give the fringe and youth players opportunity to play competitively is welcome. the quicker we can get them up to a reasonable first team standard the better.
