I thought Henderson played well today ,but Charlie Adam really is a seriously poor excuse for a midfielder, way too
many misplaced and over hit passes to even deserve a place on our bench never mind the starting line up .

Roger Red Hat wrote:fuk all of you that are saying kenny is at fault and we need to shift him on...  fuk you!

problem we have is with the players.

Suarez is a genius but lets face it, average in front of goal.
Henderson is dog sh!t  - move him on
Adam is just Adam - move him on
Carra is past it - move him on
Gerrard has 2 more seasons left in him
Carroll probably won't hit the heights we'd expected

We still need 2 players who can score goals. a striker and a midfielder. we once had Torres and Gerrard. Torres has gone and stevie isn't as effective, thats 20 - 30 goals gone right there.

Reina, Kelly, Enrique, Skyrtle, agger, Downing, Bellamy, Lucas, Kuyt are all safe at the club.

If I was Kenny that big axe would be falling down on some of this deadwood and no hopers.

Spot on Lee, we deserve what we got today because our finishing was cr@p.

What Kenny needs to do is to get it right in the summer and buy quality players. I have a feeling he might buy a player we have never heard off but turns out to be a top player :nod

Looks and feels a lot worse right now than it really was during the game. People make it sound like we were totally dominated on our own patch and barely created a chance.

In reality, we dominated the midfield for the majority of the game, created some excellent chances and did an ok job of keeping the Arsenal attacks to a minimum. We weren't clinical enough in front of goal and Arsenal were and that was the major difference between the teams. Hitting the woodwork (Suarez!), missing penalties (Kuyt!!) and fluffing good chances in and around the box (Kelly!!!!) is the key reason we haven't been more competitive in the league this season. We need a clinical finisher but also more goals coming from throughout the team. The new signings have failed to deliver in that regard, as in so many others.

Anyway, f'uck Arsenal.

Some inventive stuff in our build-up play today but we were absolutely woeful with the final ball (esp. Downing) and finishing (Kelly's miss).  Credit to Van Persie for two well-taken goals but we did a p!ss poor job defending both.  It stings all the more as we were clearly the more threatening side over the course of the match (what was the final corner tally?) but got done because we couldn't finish our chances.  So frustrating.

we had 12 corners, they had none, according to Soccernet.

yes, there's a poster named Kukilon, he might know about it as he mentioned it here. though he doesn't seem friendly enough to share as he told another poster to fk off after he asked about it...

You need a dreambox and then you can login through the internet with your iphone but you must make sure you make the quality of the stream not to big so your bandwitdh with your provider can handle it.

Had we played like this all year we would have been top of the leauge. Good performance bar the finishing.

Just got back, didn't deserve to lose, Van Persie showed what we lack, disappointed we didn't make subs earlier, Adam is doing my head in, Gerrard's appearance with the Carling Cup was a slightly weird and very brief few seconds...at the least he could have walked to the centre circle.

For me Adam is a liability, he has consistently offered nothing. Downing a close second.

Henderson and Kuyt were good, Suarez immense.

Carragher is past it and he must know it. He always used to struggle with pace but now it is positioning also. Sad but true

Henderson good???!!!!  :kungfu:  which game were you watching, he was awful, yet again

I'm afraid my friend you are in the minority there.

Although I thought Suarez was MOM, Henderson was MOM according to the LFC.tv journalists.

He barely put a foot wrong today.

Adam, Carragher, Downing is where the blame should be directed quite frankly.

sounds about right. Most of our corners didn't beat the first man...in fact, one of them (taken by Adam) didn't even manage that, instead hitting the side netting

Henderson had a good game but should have been moved inside, Adam taken off. Bellamy was brought on far too late again.

If anyone deserved MOM it must be Spearing which kept the Midfield Clean ,afterwards it would be Skertel and Enrique for doing their part. The Rest forget about it. Suarez is paid to score he had a terrible miss which hit the bar and is slowly becoming a legend in our minds rather then on the pitch. The team applied good pressure on Arsenal and worked hard to control the ball but at the end of day it's about execution and scoring and we produced another "Viagra" Commercial display ,Can't Score.

Kenny fell asleep the 2nd half ,again, and if he aspires to be a winning manager he should really step up and live the game. FFS even Wenger throw all his attacking tools when his team was so poor. Take a Chance , no Glory in securing a draw.

I am still in shock at how we lost that game today, once again denied by the woodwork and yet another missed penalty. I really can not be bothered to go in to who is to blame and who we should get rid of, hindsight is a wonderful thing.

On a side note though I find it laughable at how Carroll is still to blame even when he doesn't play ???
