Well my first lead on a topic. Had to be early to get in there
The side as a whole is still finding their feet with the new players they're playing with and Kenny's tactics. There have been signs of absolute brilliance (and I'm not just talking about Suarez) and there have been moments of awful football that has been very reminiscent of good old Woy and his diabolical regime at Anfield. I have no doubt in my own mind that it will click all into place at some point but I don't know when that point is going to arrive.
The bitters got beat today by a very good Citeh side and will be hoping to put that to rest as they try to put a 'not very confident' Liverpool side to the sword.
The big question is: will Stevie start? He's looked very sharp in the short amount of playing time he's had but he's yet to play anywhere near 90 minutes. I personally don't think Kenny will start him just yet (maybe the week after when we play the scumbuckets) and will use him as a sub around the 60 minute mark.
I'm going to sit on the fence and say a 1-1 draw
p.s. Having said that, Kenny might just have been just warming him up for the next two games and have him playing from the start (talk about being in two minds ).

I would set one target ,Stop Cahill from scoring. Some players just got our number and i'd love not watching this Turd parading his boxing skills after another scored goal.

I really really really really, really hope we don't persist with Henderson in this game Kuyt HAS to play here he always has a big role to play in the derby. Don't see anyone else apart from Skrtel to partner Carra here, too big a game for Coates to be involved although I'd be pretty excited to see him get the nod. I'm pretty sure we'll see Skrtel make some awful challenges that may or may not cost us a goal or get an early yellow card and almost get sent off so hard to see Coates doing that much worse to be honest.
Reina
Kelly Carra Skrtel? Enrique
Lucas Spearing
Kuyt Downing
Suarez
Carroll

I would place bellamy before Kuyt ,he just looks in a much better form then the other alternatives (Hendo ,Maxi and Kuyt).
Putting Spearing and Lucas means we would play 7 defensive players and i think that judging from the quality of our defensive game is a formula for a disaster we should put our focus on attack. We won't win the Defensive game might as well try to score as much as we can....I recognize Adam isn't good enough at the moment ,maybe Gerrard after all?

We cannot play Henderson on the right, Kelly will be too exposed against Baines.
Kuyt or Bellamy must start there.
Gerrard I can't see Kenny playing him in the intensity the game brings, I don't think we will start with him.

by red till i die!!
doubt kenny will sway too far from any of the line ups we've seen so far,in fact he probably he probably wont make anymore than two.
i also doubt he will start with gerrard either.
dont think cahill will be fit for them so thats a plus.
id like to see.
reina.
kelly carra coates enrique.
lucas.
bellamy downing.
adam.
carroll suarez.
or a front line of.
downing suarez.
carroll kuyt.
really cant see this one being goalless.

The lineup I expect for this one is no different from the one we saw against Wolves:
Reina, Kelly, Carragher, Skrtel, Enrique, Henderson, Lucas, Adam, Downing, Suarez, Carroll
That said, the likes of Kuyt, Bellamy and Spearing for me are desperately needed in this game and should replace Henderson, Adam and Carroll.

Its almost impossible to predict how we'll perform these days. Think id go with passionate players in a game like this.. Kuyt, Spearing and Bellamy instead of Hendo, Adam and Carroll.

if we go 4-4-2 we'll get overrun in midfield again. i'd also be tempted to start spearing. kuyt is a no brainer.
