My two cents:
1. The two 4-3 games against Newcastle.
2. The 4-4 draw with Everton in (early 1990s?)
3. The 3-3 draw with Man UTD
4. The 5-0 win over Forest in 88.
5. The 9-0 win over Crystal Palace.
6. The two Roma wins in recent years.
7. The Alaves match.
8. The 2001 Cup final against Arsenal.
9. The 1986 FA Cup final.
10. The 1989 Cup Final.
11. That UEFA Cup win (6-3) against the Swiss side a few years ago.
Worst game:
0-2 home defeat against Arsenal in 1989, closely followed by the 1988 defeat to Wimbledon.

that arsenal game sticks in my memory. i cried for about two days after locking myself in my room. to make matters worse, we then go and sign the guy who stole the league from us three years later.

The first time we beat newcastle 4-3 i was at university with one liverpool fan and about 20 geordies sitting watching the game. By the end every Geordie had brought me a pint. Ok i wasnt there, but if u ever want a good atmosphere, go to a pub with the geordies, especially if u end up winning pints off of them :P

Without a doubt it has to be the 89 cup final. Not just the game but the occasion. Gerry Marsden,the fans united after Hillsborough and the game was thrilling!!
