Do a google.

I do like me a bit of Baroness Betty Boo.  :D

Adam shouldn't cost the arm and leg Blackpool were previously holding out for so I say get him in.

He is a good player but it's pace on both flanks we need.

sorry but I just dont see that as acceptable for a prem challenge.

I'm with Neil

We've seen enough to know that these lads can be used and relied on when needed but they dont have the consistency to pull it off for a whole season

dont get me wrong - Spearing has looked a completely different player and I'm happy to have him, but facts are facts and he doesn't have the ability to take us towards the top of the table. Shelvey's still raw as well

But Shelvey and Spearing are too young and need more experience.  Poulson... really? Don't plan on Aqua coming back  That leaves Gerrard, Meireles and Lucas.  Lucas and Adam are different types of players, so could be used in different situations.  Gerrard has been injury prone and is capable of playing on the right wing, or even as a second/third striker.

I still believe Adam is a signing we will truly regret if we don't make.

And Meireles is inconsistent. I still hold doubts of his ability.  There's no doubt that at times, he really shines and looks one of the best on the pitch, but we haven't seen that player in months.  I'm worried he can only look good when everybody else is garbage.

Im still not 100% convinced by Adam somehow however today he put on a performance that I doubt any of our midfielders, bar one, maybe two could have managed at Old Trafford. If he signed for Liverpool now you would have to say he would probably fancy his chances of getting a game almost every week and certainly there are few that than cross or hit hit a free kick like him in the Premiership.

I keep hearing about his supposed lack of mobility. Well Alonso wasn't the most mobile but that didn't seem to effect him too badly when he was here.

Adam is a really good player and would give us a nice balance in the midfield. I'm not saying he'd be a starter every week but with better players around him he'd excel imo.

Oh and he can take a decent corner :D

well now that they are relegated, whats the most you would pay for him?

5, maybe 6.  Depends on what competition there is for him.  1 year left on his contract I believe... I think he signed an extension sometime last year.  1 year left and they are relegated, he wants to leave.  Problem is that he is still a good player and the competition will put the price up a bit.  I expect spurs to go after him again and I expect manure to pretend like they are going after him to drive the price up on us because they are dirty :censored: kunts

I live close to Blackpool, word is they want £12 million for him and won't sell on the cheap.
They are prepared to go into an auction scenario if required.
There have been strong rumours he has his heart set on going to Tottenham.

They know a lot of their players will want to leave but the chairman isn't going to let any of them go easily.

A couple of season ticket holders I know say he is overrated and it's Vaughan who runs the midfield.

I don't think he is worth that, it depends on whether Kenny feels he is better than what we already have in central midfield.

where are all these Diego rumors coming from though? ???  aren't Adam and Diego similar players? i would prefer the Scot. i'm genuinely impressed with his professionalism despite not being able to join us in January and he has never said a bad thing throughout the saga.
