Not that he isn't an excellent player but we're not in bad shape at centre mid with Gerrard, Mereilles and Lucas. He could be a useful player but I think he's not so different from Mereilles. Surely we have bigger needs at LB and CB?

he's a very good player. The fact Whiskey nose and Kenny both want him says it all for me.

I agree, i went the home game we lost to Blackpool and he was excellent and he looked quality agains the mancs last week but I figure we've got some bigger holes to fill first.
