Hamburg haven't gotten Huntelaar as far as I know. I think that rumour turned out to be wrong with them signing RVN. Can't see Hamburg going for both really (might be wrong though).

Hamburg have Marcus Berg , Petric and now RVN competing for the 2 striking roles , i can't see hunteelar going there as he wants regular football

Alright lads, new to the board.

Surprised nothing has materialised with this lad, excellent goals to game ratio certainly knows where the onion bag is, not sure whether he'd be able to play the lone striker role, seen him play it a few times for Ajax but the Premier League is a lot different in terms of quality of players and the tempo of the game.

Would definitely be worth a gamble for me.

11.36 AC Milan general director Ariedo Braida has reiterated that Klaas Jan Huntelaar will not leave in January, despite rumors that have linked him with Everton, Tottenham, Liverpool and Arsenal.

Hm... it's becoming harder to see us actually getting the striker we so desperately need this window (be it Huntelaar or any other) :(

If last night's performance is anything to go by, I can't think what the point in signing another striker is ! Considering we didn't even get the bloody ball up that end of the pitch.....and any striker is on a hiding to nothing with those kind of tactics...
