We just signed jordan Henderson!!

Guessing they've left it till today so we atleast have something to get excited about on deadline day.

Yay, signing all our players until they're 34-35 so they can all walk for nothing at the same time.
They won't be hard and expensive to replace.
But no worries, I am sure the owners will open up the pursestrings....

Doesn't even seem to be a rumour floating about today. Pity, one huge signing could reinvigorate the whole team. As it is, I suspect we're going to fall slightly short this season

These contract renewals could have been done anytime, you don't need to do them in the transfer window, can't help but feel that the club are using them as a PR tool to negate the fact we haven't really done any business.

So Chelsea get Saul on loan with buy option, wasn't he someone who we were keen on also?

If the media are to be believed but Klopp was pretty clear about not looking at midfielders because they would get in the way of Elliots development

Disappointing not to have added more to the squad. Considering we probably recouped most of the Konate fee we should have brought someone else in.  The stadiums are full again and the lost revenue returning so they could have spent a bit more.

Salah is the top goalscorer and if he gets injured we will be in trouble.  He misses far more than he should as well and Bobby and Mane are equally as bad. Jota is a good finisher but we really needed a striker capable of giving us something different up front.
