of course they will. one of the best performers in the world right now playing at what has been an underperforming club. every big club would be tempted to have a go at luring him. but the fact that we have CL football next season, and the fact that luis now seems genuinely happy here gives me plenty of hope he'll stick around. after all he's said about his dream of playing CL footy with liverpool it would take something ridiculous for him to turn his back on that.

I remember watching that Lovren on the telly when Southampton played Spurs, he gifted spurs 2 goals (and looked very shakey in general), looks over hyped to me.

If we win the league, we should be pitching a lot higher than our previous targets.

The players you mention are good players intended to improve a squad ahead of CL football, not to retain a title.

One of the tabloids over here ran a story last week saying that we are going to put a £38m bid in for Barkley in the summer, the next day the press quizzed Martinez about the story in his pre match press conference for the Palace game, Martinez laughed it off by saying 'why should we accept £38m when We've already turned down a bid of £50m from United?'' Which was referring to another tabloid story a while back. Martinez is basically saying it's all baseless tabloid speculation.

After seeing the goals scored by connar Wickham against city, I think he will be an ideal player to be a backup for sturridge and Suarez next season.despite his size, he seems to be fast and technically sound, and Not one dimensional like Carroll.
