After watching parker play for West Ham yesterday I would welcome him to Anfield. He was outstanding against Chelsea.

That's because he was playing against his former team Chelsea ,he hasn't exactly been formidable against other opposition ,as proven by the Hammers currently languishing in the bottom three .

We know that the Parker rumours are something that was dreamt up by a couple of criminal masterminds to get the journos off the scent of Rafas real transfer targets

But he genuinley imo is better than what we have, loads will disagree but he is a decent player and far better than Lucas, Aquilani may be better but looks like we will never know to be honest.

I can only go based on what I saw on Sunday as it's the first time I have seen Parker play for a while. I was suitably impressed to suggest he would do a job for us. Especially given how light we are in MF now Mascha is injured (OK he's suspended at the same time) and Aquaman is also injured (again).

I actually heard a rumour (a real one

) today that we will get rid of Aquaman in the summer and sign Parker, how ironic would that be?

Still think we need to give Aquaman time but I would welcome Scotty Parker to Anfield. :buttrock
