And on the other hand I happened to read in a arsenal blog where arsenal manager says 'We cannot afford to prioritise'. He does not think his side are in the position to “choose” their competitions this season and can't afford that luxury this season and was keen to keep confidence high with a win against Championship side Plymouth Argyle in the Third Round... ???

I think he's an unfinished article, but time is certainly on his side. Can be a bit of a headless chicken at times, and not a great crosser of the ball, but in time he could be a helluva player. All of that said, I can't imagine this clause and his apparent unease at the contract situation has gone unnoticed by other clubs, and somebody like Manure or Chavski aren't waiting in the wings with silly money .....

We missed our chance with Walcott before. No way will Arsenal let him go, he is a star of the future. We probably have a better chance of signing Carlos Vela.
