Surely a player of his calibre should interest Liverpool. He is former FIFA World Footballer of the Year for feck sake and is reportedly available. It would be regrettable if he was to join the likes of city while we pondering over the likes of Dossena. We should be bidding for this player.

Right. Who'll recover balls then in our team?  :D

You can't have poor Mascherano to hold everything with 2 strikers up front, Ronaldinho walking on the right, Gerrard more often in the away box than not, and Babel in the left.

Ronaldinho is a luxury. If you play him right, he'll make your RB either a hero, or a villain.

He's a luxury that if he plays motivated he can be the best of the world. But as of late, he seems more interested on DJ and dancing than anything. At his best, he's the best to play behind the strikers. Plus, he's an excellent short range free kick taker, which we don't have any.

But I wouldn't bring him for the right. And to play behind the strikers, we already have our Gerrard, who does less bycicles and tricks, but the same goals and more tackles.

I don't want him at the club. Good player yes, but he's not worth it. We'd be looking at a substancial fee for him and then his wages would be extremely high. He's not worth it imo.

1) Overpriced even if Liverpool could afford him
2) He will need at least 1 season to acclimatise to English football. If not, I can see him having the ball and before he can sidestep, along comes someone aggressive like maybe Essien to chop off his legs and he'll sit injured on the bench for eternity.:D

Thats my point Sabes. We desperately need a free kick specialist and a playmaker. And Ron have that in abundance.
am sure the boy simply needs to change the environment, to get new motivation and he will be back to his best. And we all know when he is in that mood he is untouchable!!!

The only people that would benefit from him coming to Liverpool would be the owners of the cities nightclubs!

He's a great showman of the game but thats not what we need now.

He was probably the catalyst for the downfall of Rikjaard at Barcelona and certainly has the ability to deeply affect dressing room harmony.
I couldn't ever really see Rafa going after him cos of his BIG ego. Rafa always like to go for the hard working players and that is something Ronaldinho ain't!!

quality player but the amount being demanded scared away milan!

and man city have an insane owner who demands success
overnight and with dodgy funds which we don't have at our disposal.

but would be cool to see him in the prem tbh
