link to FA stats on lennon etc

this lad is quick, talented and skillful. For me he would grace Anfield and set it alight. I say buy him Rafa.

would be a great acquisition. imo

what you lot think?

He is decent but would cost far too much, Spurs would try and hold us to ransom.

I actually think he is a bit limited as a player as well to be honest, very very quick but not the best end product and not the best goals return.
He is young and will probably improve in both but not for the money Spurs would want.....thats if they would even consider selling btw.

In the premiership I only watch Liverpool games so I don't know well Lennon. I followed him closely in a preseason game against R. Sociedad, and in a couple of games against us but I don't recall him very well.

Could someone that knows him better than me (any of you) tell me why we should sign him up, that is, what has he that our current players have not?

Would be delighted to see him wearing the red shirt !

Great deal IMO, but unfortunately doesn't on Rafa's shopping list. Definitively one of the English young talented players I'd like to have.

pace on the wing, ability to beat the man, sends some alright crosses in. good player.

Tricky pace with no real end product most of the time. (Pennant on speed) :p  More confidence and attack minded than Pennant but can't seem to cross a ball. Would cost way to much, and there are better players out there for much less.

Lennons quick and attacking, can cause panic in the opposition defence, but hasn't worked out how to cross a decent ball. Wastes a lot of opportunities, but still quite young. Will cost a lot....probably too much.

Rafa has shown what he can do with raw talent....the likes of Pennant and Crouch came to us as young English talent but lacked end product and they have both come on after a year with us. Lennon is arguably more gifted than either of them and I can only see him improving....if the price is right then sign him.

Lennon has just had a knee op so the likelyhood of us signing him anyway is pretty low I would think.
