Do you enjoy horsesh*t printed in the national newspapers?

Then you'll love lfc-newkit's rumour mill, your one stop shop for all of these things.

Honest to f*cking god there are about half a dozen threads exclusively about Tevez, and there is no new information in this one.

Surely.
:buttrock
... and may I add this product is already polished, sparkling and a tested ok gem in our toughest league in europe - when some branded ones from other leagues arriving here (with great fanfare) but failed.

Having said this, I better put my feet on the ground like some forum elders said here… unless is pen to paper with a photo taken in a red shirt, it’s a deal not done.
:(

Tevez is in Argentina at the moment supporting his team in the copa libertadores so if anyone has seen parry getting on a plane to Argentina i wouldnt put money on that yet.

Saying that, love Tevez and from what someone overheard in Spain when Tevez was there a few weeks ago he loves the Liverpool fans

I know it might sound strange but if you look at the south americans who have played in English football the most succesful ones have done better when there is a couple of them in the same team ie
Ardillas and Villa for Spurs
edu and de silva for the gooners
So what possibility macherano and tevez for us

I wouldn't pay £30m for Tevez, I would try and secure him on a loan deal similar to Mascherano's with the exclusive option to purchase him at the end for a set fee. That would be a more secure deal financially and much less of a risk.

I'd agree with LFC2007 on that. I'd love us to have him, but that's double our record signing, and for all the class he showed, he only scored 7 goals for West Ham last season.

I agree. Last season Tevez was not used and underperforming for the first two thirds of the season. For the last ten games he was on fire.. This just does not justify 30 million.

Agreed.

30M is silly money.

when it comes to tevez...I would go with the saying fortune favors the brave... and splash 30 million...  :nod ...

he is a risk yeah... but not as risky as it sounds... he's already half-proven in my opinion... considering he arrived a bit late for the season... in a totally new league and new country with new language... I must say he did very well...

But for me, £30m is the kind of money reserved for the very best in the World.

NOT "could turn into" the best in the World.

He'd be a good signing, but a more realistic fee would be around half the asking price IMHO. (Although I concede he will not move for £15m.)
