Its simple really.  Buy Torres back for 20 million, sell Carroll back to Newcastle for 15 million.  The only losers are Chelsea !

we shouldn't even think about Torres coming back he is no way as good as we thought he was we should be looking @ players like Edinson Cavani if we are to compete with the likes of the 2 manc's
forget about Torres move forward not back over.....

he looks good again, I don't think he'll sustain this level but still, looking good against Villa

That was quite a nice move and strike when he first came on.  He still has some Liverpool in him though, as it crashed off the bar.

well Torres has finished 2011 with more goals for Liverpool than for Chelsea, I think that says it all

Last night I dreamt that Torres came off the bench for us (we had him on loan from Chelsea). He didn't score, but Bellamy missed an open goal after a stunning defence-splitting pass from Aquilani.

Why wasn't Hazard playing, was he on on the bench?  :D

It must have been a Youtube clip as I didn't get to see the whole game unfortunately.

However, I have a sneaking suspicion that Hazard wasn't signed but Bent was. Pretty sure he had 5 half-chances, and took 4 of them, taking his total goals for Liverpool in this season to 67 goals. When he was interviewed for his MOTM award at the end of the game he announced that he was submitted a transfer request to force through a move to QPR.

Just in case anyone is wondering, my dreams are quite often prophetic. I'd be getting some money down on all of this happening quickly while the odds are good if I was you.

Probably to be taken with a pinch of salt, but it is all over twitter that Torres has handed in a transfer request at Chelsea with four days of the transfer window to go!!

Must be BS??...surely?

I've seen that too...but more likely to PSG or somewhere like AC/Inter than back up north, I imagine...i reckon he's burned his bridges, unfortunately. Him and Suarez ? Mmmmmmm....

the fact remains that Kenny rates Torres but I don't think he'll ever play for us again. Too risky even at a cut price we'd still be looking at £20 million minimum
