Do we sign players that we already tried to sign last year and now want in. 5M is a lot to pay - is he worth it ??

No, the ex Racing de Santander player is a decent-good player. A player for a mid table. But 5M would be overpriced. In England you might have to pay that, but that's because the english market is too expensive. There are dozens and dozens and dozens like him in Europe, 10 times cheaper, and we apparently have staff browsing Europe for talents, so I wouldn't sign up Benayoun whatsoever.
Not that he's shíte eh? but he would be overpriced for what he can provide.

Not good enough, we have the money to get quality players, not average ones. He isn't good enough for LFC, maybe he is quality for west ham or anyother midtable club.

how much did west ham buy him for? 3.4millions? what about zlatan muslimovic from udinese? or what bout signing gary mcsheffery from birmingham...that short striker. he seemed a handful against newcastle last season...(not that the toons has a great defence).

zlatan muslimovic looks very talented. And yes the English market is a joke. The prices clubs pay for players based in England is crazy.

so your going to believe some website over him actually signing a contract less than 9 days ago, what club bids for a player who just signs a lucrative 5 year contract less than a week old hmmmmmmmm
