I must confess that I quite like having a monarchy. I'm not what some would call a "staunch royalist" but I find them entertaining and they do a lot for tourism. Don't you just love the days when Philip insults another country, Harry gets wasted and gets in a fight, William is found loking more goofy than normal and Edward breaks the law in some way or another. I say if Charlie wants to marry the droopy faced mother of a drug smuggler, more power to him.
