He should go to Blackburn.

He'll learn the difference between Blackburn and Blackpool then - and never make the same or similar mistake(s) again.

Before the war "Yugoslavia" was consisted of Bosnia,Croatia,Serbia,Montenegro,Slovenia,Macedonia and one more country which I can't remember at the moment. After the fall of Yuguslavia those countries became independent and Serbia + Montenegro took the name "Yugoslavia".
