Big Bang Theory.

I have only recently been watching this show and its hilarious. As has been mentioned the earlier shows were the best and so this poll is based on the main characters.
Who is the funniest character?
You have Sheldon, Raj, Howard, Penny and Leonard.
For me the funniest is Howard. He reminds me of so many people I know and the perversions they share ! This show has his character spot on for his situation.
So, who is the funniest?

What season are you on mate? I don't want to spoil it, but Howard becomes a bit lame through out the series

I've been V+ them from E4 so they are random. Once they get girlfriends its not as funny, and I agree Howard does become boring but before that I thought he was hilarious, especially when hes on the phone in bed and his mum is interfering !

It's lost some of it's original appeal but Amy who came in for the last season is hilarious.

She's become one of the best on it for me, a perfect foil for Sheldon without being a carbon copy.
There wasn't enough of Penny in the last season for my liking
and I miss her and Sheldon having sly digs at each other, in fact the earlier episodes based around them having to spend time with each other were some of the funniest ones made.

Sheldon like others I found its lost a bit of spark with addition of the girlfriends. While Amy is certainly hilarious, Howard's character comedy has been neutered with him settling down '
