How much do you spend on a decent night out? - Cabs, beers, clubs, pubfood

Just wondering.
Just going out for beers yesterday, not a real heavy one but a good long days/nights drinking, got through £100 easy.

Usually when out i'll take a ton and have the card just in case, just wondering what the norm is

(and this wasn't money getting into a club or anything)

out to me local village pub and I'll get through £20 on a friday night. Don't buy into all this towny drinking with over inflated prices and £10 to get into a night club followed by £4 a drink - fk that .

Into me local:

10oz Gammon, chips peas - £5.50
Pint of cask bitter - £2.20
stagger home - free

£100 plus and you can safely double that if I take the wife out ,as its usually a meal in Las Iguanas at Liverpool One then she will drink Red Witches all night, then finally you know how all good girls know when they have had enough ,well my wife is a ardent fan of this philosophy ...... Unfortunately she means the drinking bit and sadly not the frittering away of my hard earned ,and that's when the night takes on a whole new slant and she drags me to the Casino ,which invariably ends up with   my plastic being unceremoniously battered
and she wonders why I prefer a night with the Lads  ???

All this for a jump   :(

I put £20 to £30 as when I go out with the lads, we stick £20 in the pot and top up with a tenner later on. I don't class going out with the missus a good night out, just duty.  :D

Exchange rates make this a complicated question for me, but I clicked 30-40 ($50) when I'm out with the boys.  If it's a night out with the wife, I could say quadruple that easily.  Not only because of buying for two, but she'll also want to go to nicer places, which means more expensive drinks, not even factoring in dinner.  The other problem with going out with the Mrs, is that she'll end up seeing someone she went to school with and as soon as the "hello how are you"'s are out of the way she always offers to buy that person a drink.

Needless to say, I prefer a quiet beer or 10 at home instead of going out with the wife. :p

no idea as i always lose count of what i've spent. gotta be the thick end of £80-100 though  :sniffle

few quid on the tram into town, loads of drinks in loads of bars, and then usually on to panacea which is ball-crushinly expensive and then a pizza/kebab. very rarely go clubbing but always have the sting in the tail of a £20 (minimum) cab home. or crash at my mate's place in town and get the tram home the next day looking like worzel gummidge in a fancy shirt

And i dont even go the poncey rip of places.

Don't go out that much now as prefer a quiet night indoors but when I do I don't tend to spend more than £15

Im a student, and a normal night out £80 - £100. Special occasion i.e. Birthday, End of semester et.c you can add half again, at least.
