Baked Alaska.
For those who dont know -its a sponge base,with a block of ice cream on top, (and fruit if desirable) then sealed over with meringue-put it in the oven just til it browns -ice creams starts seeping through,then plaster it with fresh cream.

can imagine it would look a big runny mess after the ice cream has melted in the oven.

5 minutes is hardly baking it guys. Just til the meringue goes a lil brown -then its time to grab a hand held shovel
