What jam - On your cheese

Strawberry jam is the one, you can deviate of course and plenty have done so but they all return to strawberry in the end
Try a lighter fruit like peach as the darker forrest fruits can dominate the cheese

Cheers Taff,knew i could depend on the voice of experience . Do you think that maybe i'm approaching this from the wrong angel i:e maybe I should stick with the strawberry jam and change the CHEESE ?
