Don't mind if I move this: there's an existing thread on Baros in the GF.

I like Baros a lot but it is hard to say if he should be first pick because we have never seen him play in an extended run.
He never got the chances that Heskey had in the team.
In reality it will be Owen and Cisse at the start of the season with Baros playing the old David Fairclough role as 'supersub'.
He may tire of that and move on...I hope not.

i read it was 16 in 25 for the national side...

I read it from this source. One of the sources must be mistaken  :) , but it tells the same idea that Baros is a phenomenal player.

Don't mind if I move this: there's an existing thread on Baros in the GF.

Of course,
Sorry i wasn't aware there is a thread with similar topic -which was also bothering me seeing them lining side by side  :D

Thanks, JBG.

he scored again this week, the lad deserves a chance to play, either with us or somewhere else

Milan is in better form than MO.We cant wait until MO returns to his form.We must gve Baros much more chances than he had and when Owen "wakes", we will see...Until then...BAROS!!!

Until MO knows what he needs to find that touch again, Baros is in my 11 anytime.
You can feel that Baros is always anticipating for a start. When he does, he always terrorise the opponents.

We have done a big mistake of not giving him more opportunities, we should not do the same old mistake after all what he has proven. If Owen continuous to be unstable, we have to start considering pairing Baros and Cisse as starting lineups (only if Cisse plays normally).
